Dan Lockwood
Born and raised in western and eastern Canada, I took a bachelor's degree in earth sciences before moving to South Korea and then Thailand to work as a teacher. After a few years of teaching English, I began to apply my degree to soil testing and earth-based construction projects with the Dragonfly Community Foundation in Thailand, as well as to writing science articles for kids and adults alike. I like to write about fun science facts, science news, inventions and technology. In my spare time, I wonder about everything and play the drums.
